Georgian House is a 5 star independent boutique hotel in Pimlico Central London, with 60 rooms. It has a strong commitment to skills development and education and was a winners of the Springboard Education in Industry Award in 2017.
It is the first organisation in its sector to become LCS accredited and is using its LCS accreditation to give it structure and validation, as well as help combat the challenges of the current labour market.
Resource Solutions
Established in 1997, Resource Solutions is an international market leader in Managed Services Provision and Recruitment Process Outsourcing, with a global client portfolio of over 50 clients from medium size enterprises through to major blue-chip corporations.
It is the first outsourcer to become LCS accredited. Its LCS accredited training programme is run by its Lean Team which is part of the Global Transformation Team, and will provide it with a new strategic capability and provide added value to its core proposition.

The Home Office is the UK governmental body that since 1782 aims to keep citizens safe and the country secure.
Its Home Office Continuous Improvement Practitioners training programme has become accredited and this aims to embed continuous improvement thinking, across all grades and in all departments, to achieve a mature environment in which CI it can flourish and realise its purpose more effectively.

PwC is the world’ second largest professional insurance firm and largest of the ‘big four’ auditors, with a presence in over 170 countries and a global workforce of over 220,000 people.
Its Operational Excellence is responsible for its LCS accredited training, which will be responsible to train people in other functions within the Advisory practice and external client teams.

Royal Australasian College of Physicians
The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) connects, represents and trains over 15,000 Physicians and 7,500 trainee Physicians in Australia and New Zealand.
It trains internal staff in the fundamentals of Lean methodology as part of its process improvement drive and has developed a training course to provide staff with a fundamental understanding of Lean along with creating an internal network of business Improvement officers who meet regularly to develop and utilise lean skills.
Bureau Tromp
Bureau Tromp is a training and consultancy firm, established in 2010, that specialises in Lean and Lean Six Sigma. It is an ATO of the IASSC and also certified by the Dutch association for professional education.
It will be using the LCS with its Lean Yellow Belt and a Lean Green Belt programmes, as well as in conjunction with its developing online offering.
Pink Turtle
Pink Turtle is a lean training and consultancy company formed 2013 based in Eindhoven, and will be using the LCS with all elements of its training programme.
It focuses on the goal of ‘creating a continuous improvement system while training’ and uses a range of innovative engagement approaches, including a KATA coaching cycle throughout the courses.

General Dynamics Land Systems UK
General Dynamics UK is part of the General Dynamics Corporation and is one of the UK’s leading defence companies, and an important supplier to the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD).
Its LCS accreditation is focused on its Merthyr Tydfil site in South Wales, where it is developing a strong CI capability to support all operational aspects, including its development of the next-generation tactical communication and information system for the British Army. The company has also developed and supplied Armoured Fighting Vehicles for the British Army and provides a range of avionic systems that are used on military aircraft.

Close Brothers group PLC is a merchant bank with 2,500 employees, providing financial support and advice to small businesses and individuals in the UK. It offers a wide range of lending solutions designed to support most types of businesses with their commercial growth ambitions, as well as financial planning and investment service to business owners, professionals, retirees and high net worth individuals.
Close Brothers have established an Operational Excellence Centre of Expertise working with all areas across the bank the team are responsible for the implementation and delivery of Lean, Operational Excellence and automation tools across the business.
