We have our hub at Cardiff University, alongside a geographically distributed team meaning that we may not all work in the same location all of the time, but we all thrive nonetheless in our close-knit culture which has a real family feel.

Teamwork
Teamwork is about working collaboratively and focusing on working with others to achieve goals, results and new ways of doing things. Teamwork is all about ‘how' we get things done and ensuring we manage our own behaviour for the benefit of others and in doing so helping our colleagues to be the best that they can be. Teams can be formal or informal as they're a collection of people working together for a common purpose.
Leadership
Leadership is the intention, desire and focus to lead, inspire and develop individuals and/or groups of people by providing vision, clarity, support and feedback. Leadership behaviour can be shown directly, in terms of reporting lines, or indirectly, when people lead initiatives over colleagues who are not direct reports.

This behaviour drives people to achieve the best results possible for Reinvigoration and our clients. To our clients this means delivering agreed outcomes to exceptional standards and quality. Internally this means finding ways to improve existing processes, standards, behaviours and implementing learnings all the time.
