Our Judges

A transformation leader with 50+ years of experience, including 30+ in OpEx. A strategic advisor to C-suite executives, Peter drives customer-focused improvements and high-performing teams and has led major transformations at LEGO, Maersk, Virgin Media and Vodafone.

A qualified Lean practitioner, Keith drives cultural change and operational improvements, delivering over £25 million in cost savings. Experienced across all levels, he blends strategy and hands-on expertise to solve complex challenges and sustain transformation.

A Lean specialist with a passion for applying Continuous Improvement in service and healthcare settings. She leads industry collaborations, helping organisations embed Lean thinking, and has played a key role in advancing Operational Excellence through research and education.

John led the world’s first MSc in Lean for 16 years at Cardiff University and University of Buckingham. A renowned Lean expert, he has authored several key books, including The Lean Toolbox, Human Lean, The Service Systems Toolbox, and The Lean Games and Simulations book.
Entry Process
To enter, choose the category or categories that best align with your work—you can submit entries in multiple categories. You can complete a submission on behalf of yourself, your team or organisation or you can can nominate an individual, team or organisation and complete the submission for them.
The application form questions are designed to guide you in providing relevant information and aligning your submission with the award criteria.
Each award entry requires responses to five questions, with a total word count of up to 1,500 words, along with supporting evidence. Full details, including the specific questions and criteria, are available on the entry forms.
