This Community event will be hosted by The Crown Estate at their offices in London. The theme of the day will be: Maximising CI Impact: From Process to Real-World Benefits. It is a fantastic opportunity for knowledge sharing and networking for Improvement professionals.

- 2:00 PM – Arrivals
- 2:15 PM – LCS section introduction, with a focus on Level 1 accreditation (this could be a good starting point to build enthusiasm)
- 3:00 PM – Gearing CI Functions for Benefits - how to avoid CI teams getting lost in process mapping or training and losing sight of their main purpose: achieving outcomes, i.e. real-world business benefits.
- 3:30 PM – Short coffee break
- 3.45 PM – Panel discussion – more of a Q&A setup based on the Gearing CI Functions session (I’ll check with the Reinvigoration colleagues to confirm if we can accommodate this)
- 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM – Networking, drinks/coffee and cake
